Overview
Hiva Akhtari came to Saav Media to design a business card that would Stand Out. The only direction given was that the card should have a black background and have gold in it; it was within these parameters that I designed this interesting card. Gold on black is a tricky combination, as a card will have a bee-like appearance if the yellow is too strong. The card strikes a perfect balance between black, white and gold resulting in a very sheek and beautiful appearance. The faint silhouette of a woman with her hair blowing across the card is what makes the card come together in one beautiful package.
